First Grade

Select a First Grade Classroom to visit:

Blanchard has five first grade classes.  Each classroom has a 20:1 or less student to teacher ratio.  Each classroom has a minimum of three computers.

          Accelerated Reader

          Four Square Writing

          Learning Centers

          Action based learning with many hands-on activities

          Manipulatives to help children move from concrete to abstract ideas
