BLANCHARD ELEMENTARY

Mrs. Frances Tyl's Fourth Grade Class

I am so excited to be teaching at Blanchard Elementary.  I am dedicated to ensuring the highest standards for every child.  Every morning I greet my students at the door with a smile and a handshake, high five or a hug - it's their choice.  It is important to me to make a positive connection with every student everyday.

I believe that children learn best with consistency, boundaries and of course, fun!  My students have "worked" an assembly line, they have become fortune seekers who follow a map looking for the "treasure," and become our founding fathers when "writing" the Declaration of Independence.

Learning does not have to be boring.
